QA/QC Introduction

Our quality system monitors the whole process from the incoming of the materials to the output of the finished goods.  
1) IQC: do not pull in the NG components
2) IPQC: do not manufacture the NG parts
3) -OQC: do not deliver the NG goods

Employee & workers:
1) 20% of the employees are graduated from the university.75% of the employees are graduated above the college.
2) All of the workers are educated above high school.
3) Our employees of the QC department and engineering department are all well experienced in this industry.
4) Every new employee or worker must pass our training course to make sure they are qualified for their jobs. And we have monthly training course for the employees and workers to improve the skills and knowledge.
5) Employees and workers are always encouraged to improve the productivity.
